Paolo Miniati employs two distinct techniques for each handcrafted piece. The bronze is shaped using a wax model and cast through the lost-wax method, a technique perfected by Renaissance sculptor Benvenuto Cellini in his Perseus statue. In contrast, the silver elements are melted and shaped directly by hand. Neither material undergoes additional treatments; instead, they are polished and cleaned using ultrasound. Over time, each piece develops a natural patina—a testament not to wear but to the beauty of a well-loved piece of jewelry.
