Yes! The artisanal nature of our products allows us to accept pre-orders for many items that are currently sold out. Pre-ordered items are fulfilled approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted in the "About the artisan" section on the product page. Thank you for your patience and support and for celebrating the artistry behind every piece.

No. Pre-order items cannot be canceled or modified once your order confirmation is received. They are final sale and non-returnable. 

Due to the unique nature of our pieces, all sales are final. Each item is meticulously handmade in Italy and one-of-a-kind, making returns or exchanges unavailable. However, we’re always here to help you style your piece—feel free to reach out for personalized recommendations to ensure you love what you buy as much as we do.
